**About the Role**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers to create engaging, user-centered digital experiences. Your expertise will help translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Gather and analyze user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

Develop storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and sitemaps to communicate design concepts.

Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interface elements like menus, tabs, buttons, widgets, and search fields.

Create interactive mockups and prototypes to demonstrate product functionality.

Develop original graphic designs, icons, and other visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.

Present designs and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback.

Conduct usability testing, identify UX challenges, and recommend improvements.

Iterate and refine designs based on feedback, research, and testing outcomes.

Ensure design consistency across platforms, adhering to typography, color schemes,and branding standards.

**Key Skills Required**:
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design aesthetics.

Attention to detail with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

Good communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design decisions.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
