**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the institute and its programs.
- Identify target audiences, including secondary school graduates, university students, and professionals seeking specialization.
- **Advertising & Campaigns**:

- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Organize campus campaigns, workshops, and events to attract students.
- Collaborate with local media outlets for print and digital ads.
- **Content Creation**:

- Oversee the design of promotional materials in collaboration with graphic designers.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**:

- Track and analyze lead generation efforts and ensure conversion of prospective students into enrollments.
- Manage CRM tools to monitor student inquiries and follow-ups.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities to promote the institute.
- Attend career fairs, seminars, and industry events to represent the institute.
- **Market Research**:

- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Gather feedback from students and stakeholders to refine marketing strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education or related industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a passion for branding and student engagement.
- Knowledge of the logistics industry is an advantage.
