**Job Description - BIS ExecutivePosition**: BIS Executive

**Location**: Nungambakkam, Chennai

**Experience**: 2-5 Years**Industry**: Manufacturing / Consumer Goods / Regulatory Compliance

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the **BIS certification process** for products, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Coordinate with **testing laboratories and regulatory authorities** for product certification.
- Ensure products comply with the **latest IS (Indian Standards) guidelines** and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of **BIS policies, amendments, and compliance requirements**.
- Work closely with **production, quality control, and R&D teams** to implement BIS guidelines.
- Handle **renewals, modifications, and new registrations** of BIS certifications.
- Monitor and track **BIS license validity and timely renewal**.
- Assist in conducting **internal audits and compliance checks** to ensure adherence to BIS norms.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **2-5 years of experience** in **BIS certification, regulatory compliance, or quality assurance**.
- Bachelor's degree in **Engineering / Science / Regulatory Affairs** or a related field.
- Strong understanding of **BIS certification processes and Indian regulatory framework**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for liaising with regulatory authorities.
- Ability to **handle multiple certifications and compliance-related tasks** efficiently.
