**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Cut, trim, and style hair according to client instructions or current trends
- Provide coloring services, including highlights, balayage, and root touch-ups
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, workstations, and the salon
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
- Advise clients on hair care, styling products, and maintenance
- Build and maintain a regular clientele
- Manage appointments and handle payments (if applicable)

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Hairstylist
- Relevant certification or diploma in Hairdressing
- Excellent knowledge of hair care products and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Must be friendly, approachable, and professional

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
