-Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads and database.
Explain course details, benefits, career opportunities, and institute highlights clearly and convincingly.
Maintain proper records of daily calls, follow-ups, inquiries, and admissions.
Handle incoming calls and resolve queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
Work closely with the Marketing and Admissions team to support promotional campaigns and events.
Provide accurate information about course fee structures, batches, faculty, and placement assistance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
