**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying and sourcing the correct suppliers and finalise the deal with good quality supplier towards project requirements
- Quotation receiving from various suppliers.
- Ability to source new suppliers based on the requirement
- Continuous follow up and Co-Ordination with Suppliers towards on time delivery towards allocated projects.
- Material availability checking & release order to suppliers after discussion with Manager.
- Purchase Material inspections to ensure quality material is received.
- Bills checking with purchase order & passing to accounts department after approval from Manager.
- Co-ordination with account department for payments to the creditors.
- Keeping the management informed about current status and expected possible delays of ongoing projects
- Be incharge of Tracking complete purchase cost involved in the projects and be able to source the materials within the approved budget by strong negotiation skills
- Maintaining necessary project related documents
- Good exposure towards MS Word and Excel. Also ability to source new suppliers from Internet.
- Report the Day to Day activities and deviations (if any) to reporting manager on daily basis.
- Basic Qualification in DME or BE
- Good Communication Skill - Most important
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- A minimum of one-year previous experience in Purchase Field in Mechanical Industry will be highly preferred
- Ability to work with Excel, Word and Internet must

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
