**Responsibilities**:

- ** Technical Expertise**:Demonstrate expert knowledge and proficiency in Excel, SQL programming, Python programming, basic statistics, Power BI, Tableau, Big Data concepts, Hadoop, Spark, cloud platforms (AWS and Azure), predictive analytics, and machine learning.
- ** Classroom Management**: Manage classroom dynamics, adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, and address participants' questions and concerns effectively.
- ** Assessment and Evaluation**:Develop and administer assessments to gauge participants' understanding and adjust training content as needed based on assessment outcomes.
- ** Progress Tracking**:Monitor participants' progress throughout the training program, provide individualized guidance as required, and track performance metrics.
- ** Feedback Incorporation**:Collect participant feedback and continuously refine training materials and delivery methods to enhance the learning experience.
- ** Stay Current**:Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the data analytics and business intelligence field to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer or educator with a focus on data analytics, business intelligence, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL programming, Python programming, statistical analysis, Power BI, Tableau, Big Data concepts, Hadoop, Spark, cloud platforms (AWS and Azure), predictive analytics, and machine learning.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and training program customization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse participants.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions concurrently.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Relevant certifications in data analytics, programming, and cloud platforms are a plus.
