E-commerce Executive

**Job Title**: E-Commerce Executive
**Location**: Gandhra, Haryana
**Department**: Marketing / Sales / E-commerce
**Reports To**: E-Commerce Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Firstcry,etc.
- Upload and update product descriptions, images, prices, and inventory across e-commerce sites.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for online promotions, ad campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies.
- Monitor website traffic, analyze customer behavior, and improve conversion rates.
- Handle order processing, returns, customer queries, and logistics coordination.
- Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and platform analytics.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure a seamless and customer-centric shopping experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital tools, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with marketplaces like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
