Electrical panel/ HT/LT/DG/UPS operations in Shifts

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Electrical Panel Maintenance & Operation**:

- Monitor, operate, and maintain electrical panels, including LT (Low Tension) and HT (High Tension) panels, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Perform regular inspections, identify faults, and troubleshoot issues related to circuit breakers, contactors, and relays.
- Conduct routine testing of protection systems and ensure adherence to operational parameters.
- **HT/LT System Management**:

- Operate and maintain high-tension (HT) and low-tension (LT) electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Handle HT switchgear, transformers, and distribution systems, performing switching operations as required.
- Respond to emergencies like power outages and rectify issues with mínimal downtime.
- **Diesel Generator (DG) Operations**:

- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot diesel generators to provide uninterrupted power during outages.
- Monitor fuel levels, coolant, and lubrication systems to ensure DG sets are always operational.
- Perform periodic load testing and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability.
- **UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) Operations**:

- Monitor and maintain UPS systems to ensure continuous power supply to critical equipment.
- Troubleshoot battery banks, rectifiers, and inverters in the UPS systems.
- Conduct periodic load tests and ensure timely battery replacements.
- **Preventive and Predictive Maintenance**:

- Develop and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment and systems.
- Use predictive tools (e.g., thermography, insulation resistance testing) to identify potential issues in advance.
- Replace worn-out components, such as fuses, capacitors, and wiring, before failure occurs.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, including proper grounding and insulation of equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of all operations, inspections, and maintenance activities for audits.
- Conduct electrical risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
- **Shift Operations**:

- Manage power systems during assigned shifts, ensuring a seamless handover to the next shift.
- Respond promptly to electrical system alarms, faults, or emergencies.
- Coordinate with other departments for planned shutdowns and maintenance.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain logs of electrical parameters such as voltage, current, frequency, and power factor.
- Record incidents, breakdowns, and repairs performed during shifts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Valid electrical supervisory license issued by the relevant authority.
- Certification in HT/LT operations, if required by local regulations.
- Knowledge of safety standards like NFPA, IEC, or IS standards.
- Proficiency in handling HT/LT systems, including transformers, switchgear, and power distribution panels.
- Knowledge of DG set operations, UPS systems, and power backup configurations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and technical manuals.

Pay: ₹30,045.24 - ₹50,063.77 per month
