- Collection Associate**Roles and Responsibilities**
- 1. Collection Planning: Plan collections across regions based on payment terms with customers, distributors and historical movement of collection- 2. Follow up: Follow up with regional teams regularly on collection. Conduct weekly calls and ensure collection plan is executed- 3. Exceptions handling
- Directly get involved in exceptional collection cases and resolve them. Initiate legal recourse if required. This may also require direct interactions and visits to distributors and schools- 4. Research each account using company records and informations that are available.- 5. Conduct custom collections campaigns on each client that consist of Direct Visits, E-Mails, Phone calls and standard mail correspondence 6. Develop collections methods that consistently lead to achieving or exceeding company financial goals- 7. Work closely with sales team members to create ways to bring in revenue and find success as a group- 8. Solve problems quickly and create resolutions that bring in revenue on a regular basis**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- 1.Graduate from any stream- 2. 6 months to 1 years of collection experience. (Corporate/Management preferred)**Traits 1.** Aggressive pursuit of goals - A go-getter who gets things done.- 2. Work ethic - A self-starter with comprehensive approach of doing things.- 3. Doesn’t need a reminder for expected activities.**Skills Must Have**
