We have a vacancy for market researcher for our company whose main responsibility are to do the survey, interacting with the customers over the call to take their opinion regarding the products or services as per our client requirements.

Job Key information
- First Shift - 12 PM - 9 PM

Second shift which is a rotational shift - 1 PM - 10 PM / Night (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM)

Salary - 23500 to 30000 per month

Location - Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad (Work From Office)
- 1. Collect and Analyze data through primary and secondary research methodologies. This would include interviewing B2B personas (over the phone) to capture their view and opinions. Capturing all the available information/data available through internet research

2. Gathering data on competitors, consumers, and market situations

3. Gathering data on consumer preferences, demographics, buying habits and needs.

4. Gathering data on businesses, their strategies, policies, and financials.

5. Devising and evaluating methods to collect data through questionnaires, survey and opinion polls.

Previous experience in International BPO/ KPO

Excellent command over English Language and interpersonal skills

Hands on experience with MS Excel and Word

**Salary**: ₹23,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
- Communication skills: 1 year (preferred)
