Key Responsibilities

Professionally handle incoming customer requests and ensure all issues are resolved, and the customer is notified within 24 hours.

Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.

Communicating and collaborating with the Finance, sales, Warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.

Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end Order lifecycle, by working closely with the customer as well as internal stakeholders

Responsible for Analysis and Business reporting for the whole customer service department.

Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.

Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.

Manage / improve day to day process interaction with own customers by leveraging detailed customer knowledge

Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas, including, but not limited to, billing, orders, and troubleshooting.

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

Customer Service mindset and passion for service excellence Technology savvy with good hands-on experience in MS office, ERP systems Ability to work under pressure

Be active and flexible to manage, adapt and revise the customers plans under unexpected business circumstance

Desired Qualifications:
Proficient excel reporting and analytical skills

FMCG Background is a plus

Must have dealt with ECOM accounts

Team player and problem solver in a demanding deadline driven environment

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
