**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior leaders in

business and technology to define MVP scope for various initiatives and design

solutions that align with enterprise technology strategy.
- Provide architectural strategy and

leadership to developing and implementing initiatives that improve innovation

in a constantly evolving direct to consumer strategy.
- Develop solutions to problems via use of

drive product vision, manage scope and expectations.
- Design reliable, scalable, and performant

end-to-end architectures which can support sites in several geographies across

the globe.
- Have responsibility for the quality of the

technical solution delivered by project teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring

of technical leads and development teams
- Have a strong focus on high quality

throughout the entire process, working closely with the Quality Assurance

stream
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects for

aspects related to integration with other systems
- Monitoring ESB/ETL services proactively to

identify potential issues before they happen
- Understand the impact of system issues

using a combination of system knowledge and technical skills
- Advanced troubleshooting techniques will

be required. Typically, this would involve recreating reported scenarios and

determining a root cause for concerns and fixing the same.
- Providing end-user assistance, where

required, until the issue has been resolved.
- Monitor the availability, performance, and
- Ability to communicate technical

information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Learn new technologies and maintain

industry knowledge.
- Efficiently manage teams time and take

accountability of delivery commitments and manage risks
- Work on high-volume, low-latency Internet

solutions based on a Microservice Architecture

**Qualifications**:

- Management experience of at least 2 years

leading moderate to large projects
- Strong communication, leadership, and

problem-solving skills
- Proven hands-on Software Development

experience
- Proven working experience in API & ESB

development
- Object-Oriented analysis and design using

common design patterns.
- Excellent knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB)

& Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies
- Experience in the ESB (IBM App Connect) /

Mulesoft / SpringBoot Framework, AWS and Microservices.

using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
- Strong solutions architecture experience

with complex enterprise solutions.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud architecture,
- Min 8 years industry experience.
- Experience coaching and mentoring

technology talent.
