**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced **Testing and Validation Manager** to lead and manage product testing and validation activities across the organization. The role involves overseeing test planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring that all products meet **design specifications, safety regulations, quality standards**, and **customer expectations**.

**Key Responsibilities**:Leadership & Strategy**
- Lead a team of **test engineers and validation specialists**.
- Define the overall **testing and validation strategy** aligned with product development timelines and business goals.
- Plan and allocate **resources, budgets**, and test facilities efficiently.
- Ensure all testing complies with **regulatory standards (ISO, IEC, FDA, etc.)**.

**Testing & Validation Management**
- Oversee the development and execution of **test plans, protocols, and reports** for products, systems, and components.
- Ensure thorough **functional, performance, durability, reliability, and environmental** testing.
- Implement **automated testing solutions** where applicable to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including **design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and compliance**.

**Reporting & Compliance**
- Review and approve all **test documentation**, including test cases, validation reports, and risk assessments.
- Ensure accurate **traceability and documentation** for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Lead investigations into **test failures**, root cause analysis, and ensure corrective/preventive actions are taken.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Drive **process improvements** in test planning, automation, and validation efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging **testing technologies, tools, and regulatory changes**.
- Promote a **quality-first culture** across teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Software, or related Engineering discipline**.
- Minimum **8+ years** of experience in testing/validation, with at least **3 years in a leadership or managerial role**.
- In-depth knowledge of **product testing methodologies**, industry standards (e.g., ISO 17025, IEC 60601, ISO 26262, etc.).
- Experience with **validation lifecycle processes**, **FMEA**, **Six Sigma**, or other quality tools.
- Familiarity with **test automation tools, simulation software, and lab equipment**.
