**Job Title**: Hotel Receptionist
**Location**: Lonavala
**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Service**: Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and out efficiently, and provide information about the hotel and local area.
- **Reservation Management**: Manage room bookings, including confirming reservations, processing cancellations, and handling special requests.
- **Billing and Payments**: Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and issue receipts. Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate guest records, update room availability, and handle various administrative duties as required.
- **Customer Relations**: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- **Security and Safety**: Ensure the safety and security of guests by following hotel procedures and reporting any unusual activities or incidents.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Maestro) is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
