**Job Description - Education Counsellor (Girls Only)**

We’re looking for a passionate and confident **Education Counsellor** to join **College Connect**, a leading admission partner for India’s top-ranked colleges.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain college admission opportunities.
Understand students’ career interests and guide them to suitable programs in our associated colleges.
Build trust and maintain regular follow-ups with students until successful admission.
Achieve daily and monthly admission targets through effective counselling and communication.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/Excel Sheet.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth student onboarding.
