We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Counsellor to join our team. As an Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to students, parents, and teachers about education, career paths, and college admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct counselling sessions with students and parents to understand their goals and aspirations
- Provide information about different career paths, college programs, and admission requirements
- Help students develop study plans and time management skills
- Organize and facilitate workshops and seminars for students and parents
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about educational trends and changes in admission requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in counselling, preferably in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi - 110092, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
