Urgent Requirement for Horticulturist

Role: Horticulturist

**Experience**:

- Fresher
- English and Hindi speaking is Mandatory

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planting, pruning, watering, and fertilization of plants, trees, and turf.
- Basic knowledge of plant science and landscape maintenance.
- Good observation and fast learning ability.
- Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Ability to travel as per site requirements.
- Team spirit, punctuality, and a hardworking attitude.
- Good communication and adaptability to learn from seniors
- Conduct soil tests and recommend soil improvement techniques.
- Learn pest and disease management strategies under supervision.
- Support in landscape layout, design planning, and execution.
- Maintain health and appearance of ornamental and flowering plants.
- Operate basic gardening and turf equipment (with training).
- Assist in record-keeping of plant inventory, maintenance logs, and reports.
- Comply with safety protocols related to equipment and chemical usage.
- Collaborate with senior horticulturists, project managers, and ground teams.

Salary As per Company Standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
