**Experience**: 0-2 years

**Working Days & Time**: Monday to Saturday, Time : 10.00 am to 6.30 pm

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including online platforms, events, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential students.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Conduct informative and engaging presentations to prospective students about the benefits and features of our programs.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and address any questions or concerns customers may have.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential students and parents.
- Follow up with leads to provide additional information and encourage enrollment.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market insights and sales strategies.
- Document all customer interactions and update customer records as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials & strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, Google sheets, and Google Docs.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
