- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA, B.Pharma
- 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to explain technical products in simple terms.
