**Job title**: Production Support (L1 & L2 support) (Mumbai & Navi Mumbai)

**Years of Experience**: 1-4 years

**Education Required: Graduation in B.Sc or BE in IT or Computers, ITIL certified will be preferred.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Complete ownership of L1 and L2 support
- To check/Analyze the transactions and logs and device settlements
- Meeting all SLA requirements

**Required Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge in relational database, Linux, UNIX, Java, C++
- Experience in ATM/Retail transaction switching technology
