**About the Team**:
Provide Enterprise Storage Administration and Support functions to ensure customers realize optimum system performance and availability. Experience with NetApp and enterprise class NAS storage technologies. Experience in Service-Now or similar Ticketing tool and willing to work in 24x7 Operations. Automation knowledge is a plus.

**What you will be doing**:

- SAN/NAS Technologies: CIFS, NFS, FCP, Exports, LUN mappings, Vol creation, Aggregate Expansion, Snapmirror troubleshooting, Snapshot/Snap vault creation/retention/restoration.
- System Upgrades: Data ONTAP Upgrades, Disk, Shelf, SP Firmware Upgrades.
- Periodic reviews, performance tuning, maintenance of entire Storage ecosystem and executing initiatives to reduce failures, defects while improving overall performance.
- Active participation in Disaster Recovery Exercises.
- Manage online data backups and the overall execution of retention policies.
- Managing service support tickets which includes (Incident, Change, Problem)
- Identifies and resolves less clearly defined problems using established procedures and/or protocols as guidelines.
- Creates and maintains documentation.
- Creates investment proposals and presents concepts during team meetings.
- Provide assistance with system solution design.
- Other related duties assigned as needed
- This position requires to be flexible working with 24/7 Environment.

**What you Bring**:

- Good understanding and knowledge of enterprise NetApp Storage Technologies.
- At least 6-8 years of experience working with FAS products, Data ONTAP and SAN/NAS solutions
- Products/Tools: FAS8000/9000 Series, AFF700/8200, OnCommand Insight, OnCommand Unified Manager.
- OS: Data ONTAP 9.5 and above.
- Good Knowledge on IP Networking and Protocols
- Good to have: Cisco FC Switch Experience, NetApp Filer Builds.
- Cluster Data ONTAP (cDOT) Expert.
- Good experience in a UNIX environment with experience in scripting.
- Good to have knowledge on Isilon, Dell, PURE, or other NAS products.
- Good Communication Skills to work with USA, EMEA Global Teams.
- Good problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Identifies and resolves less clearly defined problems using established procedures and/or protocols as guidelines.
