Job Title:Corporate Event Coordinator
**Job Summary**:
The Corporate Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, networking events, and internal company gatherings. This role involves coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high-quality experiences that align with company objectives
**Key Responsibilities**:
Event Planning & Execution: Develop and manage event plans, timelines, and logistics from inception to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams to align event objectives with company goals.
Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event evaluations.
Ensure all event aspects, including branding, messaging, and guest experience, align with company standards
**Vendor & Stakeholder Management**:
Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, caterers, and other service providers
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Secure sponsorships, speakers, and exhibitors when necessary.
**Budget & Financial Management**:
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Track expenses, process invoices, and ensure events are delivered within financial constraints.
Report on financial performance and ROI of events.
**Marketing & Communications**:
Develop event promotion strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
Oversee event branding, invitations, and digital communications.
Ensure timely and effective communication with attendees, speakers, and stakeholders.
**Logistics & Compliance**:
Handle venue selection, travel arrangements, accommodation, and registration processes.
Ensure events comply with health, safety, and legal requirements.
Manage risk assessment and contingency planning.
**Post-Event Evaluation & Reporting**:
Gather attendee feedback and analyse event success metrics.
Prepare reports on event performance and areas for improvement.
Implement improvements for future events based on insights and evaluations
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education & Experience**:
Bachelor degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in corporate event planning or a related field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
Work Location: In person
