- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Observe and assess students’ academic performance and personal development.
- Maintain regular communication with parents about their child’s progress.
- Organize and participate in classroom activities, school events, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Support children in developing good habits, manners, and social skills.
- Maintain records of students' attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and other staff for integrated learning experiences.
