About the Role:
The Finance Manager will work closely with the Directors and senior leadership to envision and execute the strategic plan, leading the company's goal to secure financial sustainability.
The Finance Manager is responsible for setting up processes, tracking, calculating of metrics, understanding ops & non-ops costs and structuring the entire Revenue, Expense, Cap & Projections for the company for the future.

Key Responsibilities
- Structure & Track:

- Design, develops and maintain the financial process & metrics
- Monthly management reporting
- Set up tracking of metrics, a compilation of Income sheets, Cash Flow, & BS.
- Ideate & Deploy financial metric calculations to assess Cost vs Client Revenue, Client Revenue vs Profitability and other metrics which directly ensure the viability of the company’s operations
- Preparation of Client Profitability reporting; maintain employee allocations, confirming revenue and all other client-related costs. Liaison with the team leads to fulfil & address this task.
- Day-to-Day Activities:

- Develop and maintain effective internal control procedures, tax compliance and filing; other areas of responsibility include insurance, contracts, and interface with legal counsel and actuaries.
- Process & Manage Payroll & processes
- Set up, Maintain & Execute all invoicing & expense structure
- Liaison with CA to enhance management of taxes, deductions, & fillings
- Plans, directs and coordinates the daily operations of the Finance Department
- Cash management (payments and receipts)
- Plan & Deploy company savings into investments for Capital Gain
- Participate in the process of updating the salary database, preparing journal entries, tracking all employee movements (Leavers/Joiners/Transfers), as well as open positions & maintaining freelancer budget
- Regular Follow up with Clients to maintain the payment/pending cycle
- Sustainability, Projections & Strategy
- Assist & Guide the Directors to build a more profitable & sustainable company
- Provides financial counsel and participates in Board Committees including Executive, Finance, Audit, and Investment
- Develop & Implement long-term strategy, requiring maintaining flexibility and addressing multiple shifting priorities
- Participate in strategy development, Capital Deployment plans for scaling the organisation

What you need:

**Salary**: ₹21,916.11 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

- Finance: 2 years (required)
