Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Service:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized assistance in selecting garments.
- Offer product knowledge and styling advice to enhance the customer's shopping experience.

2. Sales:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling merchandise.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.

3. Product Knowledge:

- Stay informed about fashion trends, product features, and fabric details.
- Provide accurate information about garment care, sizing, and styling to customers.

4. Visual Merchandising:

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout.
- Assist in restocking and arranging merchandise on the shop floor.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and cohesive team environment.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in men's fashion, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of garment care, sizing, and fashion trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Shift:
