Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Collecting leads of potential schools and educational institutions that could benefit from robotics/STEM labs
2. Utilizing various channels such as online research, referrals, educational directories, and partnerships with educational organizations
3. Planning and executing visits to schools to establish in-person connections with administrators, educators, and decision-makers
4. Conducting meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of robotics/STEM labs and understand the school's specific needs and requirements
5. Preparing and delivering engaging presentations during school visits to highlight the features, benefits, and impact of robotics/STEM labs on students' learning outcomes
6. Conducting hands-on demonstrations to showcase the labs' capabilities and engage the school community
7. Cultivating strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders through regular communication and follow-ups
8. Providing personalized support, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns they may have regarding robotics/STEM labs
9. Implementing an efficient lead tracking system to record and manage information about potential customers, interactions, and follow-up activities
10. Updating and maintaining the lead database regularly to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajmer, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
