We are seeking a finance professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for mission-driven outcomes. This role combines financial management, donor compliance, and advanced analytics with an understanding of impact investment principles to help maximize both financial and social returns.

**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally, including all bills, vouchers, and bank transactions
- Process payroll and ensure timely statutory compliance (GST,TDS, PF, ESI, P.Tax, etc.)
- Manage Fixed Asset and Cheque Book Registers, and maintain project-wise Budget Monitoring Registers
- Prepare donor reports, fund utilization statements, and assist in audits and compliance
- Use *advanced Excel* (pivot tables, dashboards, macros, etc.) to develop tools for budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Ensure full compliance with FCRA, Income Tax, and other legal frameworks applicable to NGOs
- Liaise with government departments, donors, and institutional partners
- Conduct internal audits, strengthen financial controls, and lead cost analysis
- Support the development of MIS reports and long-term financial models that integrate impact metrics with financial KPIs
- Needs to travel to project sites as and when required.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Commerce, or a related field, MBA Finance is preferred
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and strong command of *advanced Excel functions*
- Solid grasp of fund accounting, donor financial reporting, and financial compliance
- Understanding of *impact investing frameworks*, SROI (Social Return on Investment), and blended finance concepts
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across programmatic and financial teams

**Offered Package ( CTC) : 28000/- (Per Month)**
