**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop innovative formulations to expand the product portfolio and address evolving market demands
- Perform **analytical testing** of premixes: HPLC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, Karl Fischer titration
- Conduct QC checks to ensure batch consistency and stability
- Document procedures, generate COAs, and maintain compliance records
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams on pilot batches and scale-up
- Maintain and calibrate lab instruments regularly

**SKILLS**

Proficiency in operating and interpreting results from **HPLC, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, and Karl Fischer titration**

Experience in **quality control procedures** and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Ability to **develop and optimize formulations** based on scientific and market requirements

Familiarity with **feed and food safety regulations** such as FSSAI and related certifications is bonus

Excellent **documentation and reporting** skills for SOPs, COAs, and batch records

Analytical mindset with strong **problem-solving** and **data interpretation** skills

Adaptability to **stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
