**Reports To**: Production Supervisor/Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform mechanical assembly of components as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Assemble electronic components, PCBs, wiring, and connections following schematics.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure precise assembly.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly, testing, and quality checks.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and rectification of assembly issues.
- Maintain documentation of assembly processes and test results.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and workplace cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the assembly process.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- ** Education**: ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Electronics, or related trade) / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- ** Experience**: 1-3 years in mechanical or electronics assembly (Freshers with strong skills may be considered).
- ** Skills**:Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Proficiency in handling mechanical tools and electronic soldering equipment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and PCB assembly.
- Understanding of quality control and safety standards in manufacturing.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
