Hiring Data Modeller to join our team at Dataeconomy

Location: Pune
Mode of Work: Fulltime - Permanent

**Salary**: Industry Standard.

Description:

- Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in Cloud Platforms (Azure), Architecture and Design
- Expected to be able to function in a fast-paced environment driving innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development ensuring quality is built into all solutions leveraging TDD.
- Experience in Data Quality, Data Governance and Data management designs.
- Working knowledge of Microservice and Event Driven Architecture.
- Design, develop and implement data models

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Proven work experience in data modelling related projects as Data Modeller or Business Analyst
- Ability to understand data relationships and can design data models that reflects these relationships and facilitates efficient ingestion, processing and consumption of Product Data
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills; experience in interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience gathering business requirements and understanding and translating business needs into data models, creating logical and physical data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy of Product Information.
- Experience using analytic SQL, working with traditional relational data
- Experience with workflow management tools (Airflow, Oozie, Azkaban, UC4).
- Good understanding of SQL Engines and able to conduct advanced performance tuning.
- Experience with Hadoop (or similar) Ecosystem (MapReduce, Yarn, HDFS, Hive, Spark, Presto, Pig, HBase).
