Job Description: You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly, clients walk-in into the centre. You shall make productive calls to give the detailed information related to the query. You shall be responsible for OPD process & documentation, ensuring proper handling of all queries of the clients by effective face to face counseling or over the phone. Must be a very effective communicator and a self-motivated person. Proper coordination and follow up with the clients for their visit according to their appointment. Need to handle phone calls effectively, should be a team player.
- Good communication skills & Excellent negotiation influencing skills
- 3+ years of experience in sales or similar field is required.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Wants to build a career in Counseling & Sales
