**Job Title**: Graphic Designer and Editor

**Location**: Borivali West, Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Create visually stunning and effective designs for a variety of mediums including print advertisements, digital ads, social media graphics, billboards, posters, flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- **Video Editing**: Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, commercials, social media content, and client presentations. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is required.
- **Image Editing**: Retouch and manipulate images to enhance their visual appeal and align with client requirements. Ensure all images are of high quality and resolution for various platforms.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain brand consistency across all designs and ensure they adhere to brand guidelines provided by clients. Work closely with the creative team to develop and implement brand identity elements effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to brainstorm creative concepts and deliver compelling visual solutions that meet project objectives and client expectations.
- **Deadline Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines. Prioritize tasks effectively and communicate any potential delays or challenges to the project manager in a timely manner.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Actively participate in feedback sessions and incorporate constructive criticism into design revisions to ensure the final deliverables exceed client expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in graphic design and video editing roles, preferably within an advertising agency or similar environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
