**Job Title**: Graphic Designer

**Job Location**: Surat

**Working Hours**:10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday), 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Saturday)

**Key Responsibilities**

**Daily Content Creation**:
**Social Media Management**:
Post content across platforms, maintaining a consistent posting schedule. **Ensure posts are engaging and align with the company’s goals. **Monitor and engage with audience feedback on social media platforms to enhance engagement.

**Product-Centric Designs**:
**Highlight product features and benefits through innovative and attention-grabbing visuals. **Create campaign-specific graphics aimed at driving sales and brand recognition.

**Brand Consistency**:
**Maintain and enhance the company’s visual identity across all platforms. **Regularly update designs to reflect trends while adhering to brand guidelines.

**Facebook Ads Knowledge (preferred)**:
**Assist in setting up and managing paid promotions for posts and campaigns on social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram. **Optimize ad performance by suggesting creative design and copy improvements. **Track and report on ad performance to suggest actionable insights.**

**Trend Research and Implementation**:
Stay updated with design, social media, and advertising trends to create fresh and relevant content. **Propose innovative ideas to improve the company’s online presence and campaign performance.**

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:Minimum 3 years in graphic design, with a focus on social media and marketing content. **Proven track record of creating high-quality, impactful visuals under tight deadlines.**

**Technical Skills**:Expertise in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and similar design software. **Familiarity with basic video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus. **Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager or similar tools for promoting posts is highly desirable. **Understanding of social media platforms and trends.**

**Creativity and Organization**:Ability to translate ideas into creative visuals aligned with marketing objectives. **Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deliverables effectively.**
