**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and seat customers in a polite and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, provide detailed information when asked, and make recommendations upon request.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure proper presentation.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints professionally.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas at all times.
- Process bills, accept payments, and issue receipts as required.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to deliver efficient service.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of personal hygiene.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift trays, plates, and beverages safely.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
