**Job Title**: Splicer & Assistant Splicer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform Optical Fiber Splicing, Testing, and Troubleshooting
- OTDR and Power Meter Testing
- Understand and work with OFC Core, Color Codes, and Pair Sequences

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**For Splicer**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Expertise in OFC, OTDR, splicing techniques

**For Assistant Splicer**:

- **Splicer**: ₹22,000 - ₹25,000 (Negotiable) + Insurance
