**Job Purpose**

As an Anchor, the primary responsibility will be to create engaging and informative videos

tailored to the needs of UPSC/PCS exam aspirants. The anchor will play a crucial role in

researching, conceptualizing, and delivering high-quality educational content that aligns with the

UPSC/PCS syllabus while staying updated on the latest developments and trends in the field.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging content across various mediums, including videos, shorts, and live

broadcasts, with a confident and professional on-camera presence.
- Utilize an interdisciplinary approach to provide a holistic perspective on relevant
- Research and stay updated on the latest developments, trends, and updates related to

the UPSC/PCS examination.
- Monitor and respond to audience feedback, comments, and questions to enhance the

overall viewer experience and address learner needs.
- Capable of accommodating flexible schedules, thriving in high-pressure environments,

and meeting strict deadlines.

**Specific Knowledge & Skills**
- Knowledge of the UPSC/PCS Exam syllabus, patterns, and requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi languages.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.

**Major KRA ( SMART)**
- Adapt to changing trends and audience preferences in the UPSC/PCS Exam domain.
- Ideate, create and produce UPSC/PCS-focused YouTube content across various

mediums with a professional on-camera presence.

**Qualification and Experience**

Minimum Qualification Graduation

Preferred/Additional Qualification Appeared in the UPSC/PCS Mains Examination

Minimum Experience 1 Year

Relevant/Additional Experience Previous work in creating educational content for YouTube (Civil Service Exam)
