We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate Client Processing 1 to join our Data Input team. This role is located in Pune Maharashtra - HYBRID/REMOTE.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Client processing provides quality client services and support to both internal and external client on daily basis which involves processing of journals into system and responding to client query.
- Completing daily operational task and other related functional jobs.
- Responding to client queries in timely manner by understanding the client need and requirement.
- Escalating issue to the UK Counter party and senior management.
- Should be able to manage daily volumes.
- Require decision making skill and ensuring in knowing the complete product knowledge, risk and other mitigation plan related.
- Responsible for the quality and completion of own work without supervision.
- Quick learning with strong initiatives and Co-ordination with technology team in sharing the product knowledge and technical assistance when required.
- Good team player with strong communication (Written/Oral) Skills and commitment to team work and exposure to multi-cultural environment.
- Knowledge in Microsoft tools specifically Excel is an added advantage.
- People from investment banking domain is preferred.
- Flexible for Shifts.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- 2- 4 years of total experience preferred.
- Any Bachelor’s / Master degree is must.
- Experience in volume handling with tight turn around time.
- Experience in Investment banking domain or Accounting background added advantage
- Certification related to Investment Banking domain is an added advantage too.
