Do you possess an experience and passion for providing IT Technical Support?

We are looking to hire an ambitious IT expert for our open IT Technical Support position.

Your job will be to provide technical support to maintain the organization’s data and software to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity.

**Technology Associate duties and responsibilities**
- Provide technical assistance with computer software.
- Log bugs and enhancement requests
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
- Create and maintain online learning management systems.
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Support in data entry and content creation.

**Technology Associate requirements**
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Previous working experience in IT support or data entry ( 1 year minimum )
- Degree in Computer Science
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office.

**Work From Home Available**

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
