Ø Responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of a company's internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

Ø Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans

Ø Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc

Ø Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process

Ø Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement

Ø Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

Ø Maintain open communication with management and audit committee

Ø Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum

Ø Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions

Ø Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards

Ø Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

Ø Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports

Ø Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, assisting clients in meeting statutory requirements.

Ø Client Relationship Management:
Ø Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely delivery of services.

**Financial Analysis and Advisory**:

**Indirect Taxation & GST**:

Ø Preferably have handled customs litigation in cases where any query or notice from customs

Ø Flexible with travelling to the company's other states and branches in the matters of litigation if any.

Ø Representation and support in Litigation matters at various levels

Ø Advice, support and review of statutory matters related to GST including preparation & filing of the returns.

Ø Filing of GST Returns GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6 and annual return

Ø Work on other statutory compliance like Income tax ( TDS) etc

Ø Filing GST Refunds

Ø Will look after reconciliation of GSTR-2A

**Direct Taxation**:
Ø Stay abreast of changes in direct tax laws and regulations.

Ø Prepare and file accurate and timely income tax returns (ITR) for the organization.
