Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and CorelDraw, in addition to an understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, video editing and web limitations; must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to team members.
- A demonstrated working knowledge of experience design, brand development, and creative process.
- Strong visual communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team.
- Understanding of an agile/scrum development process.
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
- Creating long and short videos to highlight, intro, recap, and promote various endeavors and events.
- Edit video clips for use on website and social media platforms.
- Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with mínimal instruction.
- Collaborating effectively with marketing, engineering, and management teams.
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.
- Ensuring effective and efficient coordination between team and client creative inputs.
- Creating user flows, wire-frames, prototypes and mockups.
- Work closely with the team to visually explain complex data findings, including info-graphics.
- Provide technical support for design
- and video-related efforts.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
