*Job Description:*

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Trainer to join our team. As a Logistics Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs in logistics and supply chain management to our students. Your role will involve developing curriculum materials, conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions, and assessing student progress. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of our training programs.

*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement training programs in logistics and supply chain management.
- Design curriculum materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
- Deliver engaging and informative classroom instruction.
- Facilitate hands-on training activities and simulations.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback.
- Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and best practices.
- Maintain training equipment and materials.

*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a logistics trainer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, logistics simulation software).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ernakulam, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
