Roles & responsibilities:
Design and Implement MIS:

- Develop, implement, and maintain robust Management Information Systems (MIS) to

support strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and design MIS

solutions that meet the needs of various stakeholders.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate timely and accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring

data integrity and reliability.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to

informed decision-making.

Data Management:

- Collate data from multiple sources and dashboards, establish the cause-and-effect

relationships between different data points.
- Implement data quality controls and regularly audit data sources to maintain a high

level of data integrity.

Automation and Optimization:

- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and

consistency.
- Continuously optimize reporting processes to enhance efficiency and responsiveness

to business needs.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Coordinate with partners and external parties for MIS related data, invoice and

payments.
- Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical

stakeholders.

Experience/ skills required:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1+ year in MIS development, reporting, and data analysis within the

financial services industry.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
