**Position: Subject Matter Expert - Life Skills**

**Location: Mysore**

**Remuneration: 4 to 5.5 Lakhs/per annum**

**Experience: 2+ Years**

**Key Responsibility**
- Develop well-researched content on Life Skills and keep it updated.
- Design and develop Life Skills related content for K-12 sectors.
- Contextualise and develop technical content related to Life Skills as per the learning requirement.
- Conceptualise gamification as and when required.
- Utilize the industry’s best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and create content.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders like SMEs and curriculum managers for devising the content.
- Curate the content to deliver the learning outcome.
- Development of technical-based content based on Instructor-led training videos.
- Development of FAQ & scripts, hand-outs, etc.
- Development of Life Skills related training modules.
- Develop Learning Curve Analyzers to gauge the Learning Outcomes(Assessments/Practices).
- Manage the Team and handle the tasks accordingly. Maintain a smooth flow of operations involved within the Team.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- A degree in Psychology or in Humanities

OR
- A Soft Skill trainer with Subject Knowledge of Life Skills
- 2Yrs+ experience in e-learning Technical content development.
- Should have a record of excellent writing in Life Skills in a professional portfolio.
- An impeccable grasp of English
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Experience in the E-learning industry will be preferred.
- Good time management skills, prioritising, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
- Proficiency in the usage of computers, writing skills, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Tools such as Articulate, and Captivate will be an added advantage.
- Strong writing, verbal, listening and presentation skills.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per month
