Position: Dispatch Executive

Qualification: B. Com Accounts

Gender : Male / Female

1. Preparation of Dispatch documents Sales and Servicing, such as Delivery Challan, Tax Invoice, Excise Invoice, Packing slip, Warranty Certificate, Dispatch Intimation, Advance Stamped Receipt etc. & update in ERP_production_po wo view module

2. Preparation of Returnable &Non-Returnable Delivery challans, Engineers Declarations and update in ERP_General Tasks module

3. Preparation of Way bills (online) and update in ERP_General Tasks module

4. Preparation of order Acknowledgement /Proforma Invoicesand update in ERP_General Tasks module

5. Drawal of material from FG Stores and update in ERP_General Tasks module

6. To look after packing of the material and update in ERP_General Tasks module

7. Preparation of Export documents (Invoice, packing list, ARE-1, Excise Invoice etc...)and arrange for dispatch

8. Dispatch the material through Speed Post/Courier/TCI Xps

9. Scanning of Dockets and mailing to customers and update in ERP_General Tasks module

10. Tracking of consignments

11. Preparation of Transit Insurance statement and mailing it to the Insurance Company

12. Preparation of Sales Register (soft copy) and update in ERP General Tasks module

14. Preparation of sales reports (weekly basis)

15.Filing of all documents

16.Dispatch of Invoices and other necessary documents

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.27 per month
