**Position**: Telecaller recuriter

**Working Hours**: Night Shift(7 PM to 7 AM)

**Language Requirement**: Hindi + Tamil/Kannada or Tamil + Kannada + Telugu

As a Driver Sourcing Executive at **Lithium Urban Technologies Pvt Ltd,** your main responsibility will be to source qualified drivers for the company. You will be involved in the complete recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to final selection. Your role will require strong communication skills in Hindi and either Tamil or Kannada or Telugu, depending on the language preference mentioned.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Handle Customer Escalations: Address and resolve customer escalations efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

System Usage: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our internal systems and tools to effectively manage customer cases.

Excel Proficiency: Utilize Excel to manage and analyze data related to customer escalations and performance metrics.

Proactive Issue Resolution: Anticipate and promptly address potential issues or concerns to prevent escalations and maintain smooth operations.

Monitor Vehicle and SP Movements: Keep a close eye on vehicle and service provider movements to ensure smooth operations and timely service deliveries.

Red Flag Identification: Immediately identify any red flags, such as SP non-availability or vehicle breakdowns, and escalate them to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Working Hours: The job requires a commitment of 10 hours per day.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in handling customer escalations is essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

Ability to work proactively and independently, taking ownership of resolving issues.

Availability to work according to the assigned shift schedules.
