**Job Description: Security Guard**

Location: Bangalore and other major cities of Karnataka

**Responsibilities**:
1. Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.

2. Patrol assigned areas regularly, on foot or by vehicle.

3. Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal or inappropriate actions.

4. Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.

5. Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.

6. Apprehend criminals and evict violators when necessary, using force if required.

7. Control traffic by directing drivers.

8. Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.

9. Conduct security checks and ensure all doors and windows are properly secured.

10. Report any suspicious behavior or incidents to the appropriate authorities.

11. Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner.

12. Follow emergency procedures and protocols in case of fire, medical emergencies, or other incidents.

13. Complete reports and documentation regarding incidents, activities, and observations.

14. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position.

2. Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.

3. Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.

4. Integrity and professionalism.

5. Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects if required.

6. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

7. Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training will be a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
