Navi Mumbai, India Client of Sapwood Ventures Full time

Right from planning/scheduling shoots, to getting the required things in order for the shoot (scripts, speakers, video production team), to being on the ground for shoots and ensuring delivery from the design and video editing team - this role requires you to work with the different stakeholders.
- **Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Project manage the video production vertical**:Manage the end-to-end execution of the video production vertical.
- **Planning shoot days**:To be planned as per the brief. Coordinate for location, scripts from the video content team, speakers, shoot assist team like makeup artists and video production team.
- **On shoot days**: Be on the ground to ensure that the shoot goes as per plan
- **Post shoot days**:Work with the design and video production team to ensure delivery of the final videos as per the initial brief.
- **Creative inputs**:In addition to this, creative inputs for videos/design based on the brief are expected.
- **Timely delivery**:Ensure timely delivery as per the deadlines/ priorities set.
- **In-house video database**:Keep the video library up-to-date for future reference.
- **Knowledge and Experience/ Competencies**
- Qualifications: _
- 1-2 years of project management experience.
- Work in the video production field is an added advantage.
- Degree: _
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Role Relevant Work Experience: _
- Excellent organization, planning and communication skills
- Great command of English
- Great research skills
- Willingness to adapt to situations and don many hats
- Ability to work in tight schedules
- Ability to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
