**Job Description for Marketing Officer**

As the company’s marketing leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, increase market share, diversification of clientele and revenue growth. You will be an independent contributor and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications And Skills**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the foundry industry or a similar environment.
- Deep understanding of the steel foundry market worldwide, industry dynamics, and customer needs.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Must be a go getter and willing to do both - work alone and also as a team
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s sand & investment casting services
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and translate findings into actionable marketing plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, trade shows and industry events
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth
- Set marketing goals, track performance metrics, and regularly report on marketing initiatives' effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure their adherence in all marketing materials and communications.
