**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operate Wirecut EDM Machines**: Set up and operate Wirecut EDM machines to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
- **Programming**: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files, and program the EDM machine accordingly.
- **Precision Machining**: Ensure high accuracy and precision in cutting complex and intricate parts.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the EDM machines to ensure optimal performance.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
- **Process Optimization**: Continuously monitor the EDM process, making adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency and productivity.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine settings, and maintenance logs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Wirecut EDM Operator.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, CAD/CAM programming, and using precision measuring instruments.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of EDM machining principles, materials, and cutting parameters.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation and part quality.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

**Education**:

- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or a related field is preferred.
